Some Sleepy Shinies

A couple of weeks ago I showed off some of my shiny Pokémon in Pokémon Go. Now I thought that maybe I could show off some more. However, I won’t do any more from Violet for a while. I lost track a while back on my shiny captures and I got a little carried away with my previous challenge. So instead, I decided to show the shiny Pokémon I have in Pokémon Sleep. This is the game I have the fewest shiny Pokémon in despite playing it daily. It probably doesn’t help that my sleep schedule isn’t that great, but whatever. So, tonight is just another showcase of the few times in a Pokémon game that I got reasonably lucky.

One.

You might remember this Metapod from a post way back when, but here she is again. Nothing ever shocks you quite like your first. Strangely enough, it is the only shiny Pokémon I have that isn’t a first-stage evolution in this game.

Two.

My second shiny Pokémon was found in the cave area. Gastly is a classic shiny and cool find. I am a bit hesitant to evolve it all the way up though. After all, we all know about shiny Gengar.

Three.

The third one was in yet another location. At the beach one day I stumbled across a pink Igglybuff. Well, I should specify that it was a different shade of pink than normal. The number of times I thought that I had seen this shiny Pokémon only for it to be a false alarm is insane. Thankfully, the lighting in this game makes shiny Pokémon very obvious. This isn’t Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet.

Four.

Back to the cave again with another baby Pokémon.Once again, another Pokémon that is obvious once you finally see it and one I don’t want to evolve. Togepi is honestly the best shiny of the line so it might be best if it stays in its shell.

Five.

The last one is my only shiny starter in the game. I got it during the New Year’s event. It is a shiny Charmander! You know, as nice as it would be to evolve it, I do like how it looks in this game so I might just keep it as is for now.

That’s all I have to show. Not a huge showcase, but I have had at least a little luck. Honestly, them being so rare for me makes them that much more exciting to find. It is nice to be surprised every now and then. Have a good night everyone!
